Terms of Service
Effective date: September 2, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of triplethreat.app and the Triple Threat member platform, including its models, research tools, statistics, charts, community features, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and 18+ Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use member features. Triple Threat is not intended for children or minors. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to participate in sports wagering, you are responsible for complying with that law. Triple Threat's 18+ membership rule does not represent that sports wagering is lawful for every 18-year-old or in every location.
If Triple Threat learns that an account belongs to a person who is not eligible to use the Service, Triple Threat may suspend or close the account and take appropriate steps regarding associated personal information.
2. Research and Information Service Only
Triple Threat provides sports research, analytics, model outputs, statistics, historical results, charts, community features, and educational information. Triple Threat is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, gambling operator, financial adviser, or wagering intermediary. Triple Threat does not accept wagers, place wagers for users, hold wagering funds, or guarantee any sporting or wagering outcome.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results
Sports data, odds, schedules, injuries, lineups, statistics, model outputs, probabilities, confidence ratings, projections, and other information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or change without notice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. A model probability, qualification label, confidence score, candidate, lean, projection, or other Triple Threat output is not a promise that an outcome will occur.
You are solely responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions. You should independently verify information that is important to your decision.
4. Responsible Use
If you choose to wager, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and age requirements in your location and for using only lawful, properly authorized services. Do not wager money you cannot afford to lose. Do not chase losses or treat sports wagering as a reliable source of income.
5. Accounts and Security
- Provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not knowingly allow unauthorized access to your account.
- Notify Triple Threat if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
- Triple Threat may take reasonable security measures, including session revocation, access restriction, or account suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate law; harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or target another person; distribute scams, spam, malicious links, malware, or deceptive content; impersonate others; expose private information; gain unauthorized access; scrape, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service; reproduce Triple Threat content at scale without permission; promote harmful gambling behavior or guaranteed-win claims; or manipulate votes, reactions, badges, accounts, or other platform features.
7. Community Content
Community features may allow users to post messages, images, reactions, votes, profile information, or other content (“User Content”). You remain responsible for User Content you submit and must have the rights necessary to share it. By submitting User Content, you grant Triple Threat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, secure, and improve the Service. Triple Threat may remove, restrict, or preserve User Content to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain platform integrity.
8. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party material, the Service and its original software, designs, branding, model presentation, written content, organization, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Triple Threat and protected by applicable law. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service personally in accordance with these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services and Information
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, data sources, websites, authentication providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and email providers. Triple Threat does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, policies, or practices.
10. Suspension and Account Closure
Triple Threat may suspend, restrict, or close an account for violations of these Terms or Community Rules, security concerns, fraud or abuse, legal requirements, ineligibility, or conduct that materially threatens the Service or other users. Account closure may revoke access and close the profile but does not necessarily mean every record is immediately deleted.
11. Service Changes and Availability
Triple Threat may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or updates. The Service may occasionally be unavailable. Triple Threat does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TRIPLE THREAT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPLE THREAT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM WAGERING DECISIONS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR RELIANCE ON MODEL OUTPUTS OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
14. Changes to These Terms
Triple Threat may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
